Working Together

I believe in meeting each person where they are, offering a nonjudgmental environment where healing, self-discovery, and growth can unfold. I aim to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable being YOU.

My Approach

Whether you're facing a specific crisis or seeking support through a difficult season of life, I will walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and care. My goal is to help facilitate a deeper level of self-awareness while highlighting your strengths and empowering you with skills to use throughout your life. We will work together as we explore authenticity, connection, freedom, and purpose.

I provide a compassionate and supportive space using trauma-informed care with a person-centered existential approach. I welcome clients age 10 and older, and I work with those facing a variety of concerns, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, self-esteem, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, sexuality/infidelity, divorce, codependency, career, grief, other life transitions, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

Background

I grew up on the East Coast in Virginia, where I attended Virginia Tech to earn a bachelor’s degree in communication. After graduating, I moved to Texas and worked as a magazine editor.

Feeling compelled to help people find healing and growth through life’s many challenges, I attended Tarleton State University and graduated with a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling. I have worked with preteens, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings at various levels of care in Midlothian, Burleson, and Crowley.
